Diagnosed with ADHD, I soon discovered the benefits of mindfulness and that’s how I found Wendy. From the beginning she was very caring and I immediately decided to have my journey with her. After the MBSR group course, I continued with MBCL in a one-to-one, online format. At first, I was hesitant—thinking it wouldn’t be as enriching as the group experience. But the result was beyond my expectations. This format was hugely beneficial as it allowed us to focus on my unique challenges, sensitivities, and healing goals. What made this journey even more meaningful was Wendy’s genuine care and commitment. What I liked very much about this course is the practical approach of Wendy. She invited me to discover my own way of mindfulness and meditation, and to discover what works for me.
