I am so grateful to have attended your course; learning to use my breath as an anchor, and label my thoughts from a distance has given me incredibly effective tools for my everyday life. I really appreciate your kind and gentle way of presenting the concepts, which made it easy for us to share our feelings and thoughts.
I wish you may go on to inspire many more people to also live a more mindful, compassionate life. Thank you so much for your time and effort.
I attended one of Wendy’s courses and it was easily the best course I have followed so far at TU Delft.
Wendy is a highly professional, kind, and responsible mindfulness coach who takes the time to understand every individual student’s needs.
She helps students and staff recognize the power within themselves to deal with challenges in life, providing invaluable weekly feedback on our practices.
Her kindness and dedication—both in the classroom and in supporting student mindfulness projects—is truly inspiring. I sincerely recommend her to any organization or individual.

Wendy is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled. She has a unique ability to level with her audience and radiates a sense of peace that immediately grounds the room. I would certainly recommend her to any organization looking to enhance staff well-being.
Wendy has a unique ability to build clear bridges between mindfulness and daily technical work. By using familiar concepts like ‘Fatigue’ and ‘Reliable Systems,’ she makes the theory accessible and the practical exercises immediately effective. Our team highly appreciated her ability to move past ‘knowing’ and into experiencing the immediate benefits of focus and resilience.

Working with Wendy was a pleasure from day one; she is both meticulous and warm. She has a talent for translating complex themes like focus and resilience into language that is easy to grasp, making her a great fit for our international academic environment. I was especially impressed by how inclusive her meditations were. Even team members who had never meditated before felt comfortable participating and shared afterward that they felt an immediate positive impact.

I discovered Wendy and her Mindfulness during student classes at TU Delft. I’m no longer a student, but a seed was planted back then that still continues to grow. The monthly meetings feel like a welcome check-in, with Wendy guiding the group warmly and attentively, paying attention to everyone. I highly recommend it – learning to connect more with your body and the present moment, especially during your (final) student years, when you’re often stuck in your head.

I have really enjoyed the two 8-week MBSR/MBCL courses I have done with Wendy, and a big part of that was the experience of coming together with other people and exploring mindfulness in a group. This is something I had wanted to continue experiencing after the course ended and Wendy has delivered this with the introduction of the monthly ‘Living Mindfully’ group. It provides a great opportunity to slow down, find some spaciousness, and reflect a bit on how I am living my life. If you are looking to explore what mindfulness is, or already know and want to connect to it more frequently, I can recommend coming to one of the ‘Living Mindfully’ sessions, it’s really something unique that is being offered.

It’s a good reminder of how important self-care is, not only for myself but for those around me. I am better able to deal with day-to-day living now.
I learned that it is possible to forget my busy life, pay attention to myself and my surroundings. Now I appreciate my life more.
Today has helped me know and love myself better.
