I discovered Wendy and her Mindfulness during student classes at TU Delft. I’m no longer a student, but a seed was planted back then that still continues to grow. The monthly meetings feel like a welcome check-in, with Wendy guiding the group warmly and attentively, paying attention to everyone. I have really enjoyed the two 8-week MBSR/MBCL courses I have done with Wendy, and a big part of that was the experience of coming together with other people and exploring mindfulness in a group.
