Diagnosed with ADHD, I soon discovered the benefits of mindfulness and that’s how I found Wendy. From the beginning she was very caring and I immediately decided to have my journey with her. After the MBSR group course, I continued with MBCL in a one-to-one, online format. At first, I was hesitant—thinking it wouldn’t be as enriching as the group experience. But the result was beyond my expectations. This format was hugely beneficial as it allowed us to focus on my unique challenges, sensitivities, and healing goals. What made this journey even more meaningful was Wendy’s genuine care and commitment. When challenges or questions came up during our sessions, she didn’t just acknowledge them—she took time afterwards to explore them further, often doing additional research to find the most helpful and compassionate ways to support me. Her thoughtful, flexible approach made me feel truly seen, understood, and safe. It wasn’t just a course; it was a co-created space for growth, grounded in kindness and trust.
